3. Application of die-casting technique in automotive field

Die casting will wind up, so heat treatment is not allowed for die casting; Die castings are net forming, post processing (sandblasting or other) direct assembly, no machining; Die casting parts have been widely used in automobile industry, and they are widely used in engine (cylinder block, cylinder head, intake pipe, etc.), transmission housing, wheel hub and other non-structural parts. In structural parts, die casting parts are also used in chassis suspension, body in white structural parts (transverse and longitudinal beams, shock absorption towers, etc.), covering parts, interior parts and other parts.
