Die casting dedicated air-cooled chiller is an equipment used in the die casting industry to cool molds or other related equipment in the die casting machine. This type of chiller adopts an air-cooled design, usually including components such as compressor, condenser, evaporator,cooling fan, control system, etc. Its working principle is to compress low-temperature refrigerant into high-pressure and high-temperature gas through a compressor, then dissipate heat through the condenser to condense the gas into a liquid, then pass through the expansion valve to reduce pressure and cool, and finally absorb heat through the evaporator to form low-temperature refrigerant, achieving cooling effect in a cyclic manner. The air-cooled design circulates the cooling medium for heat dissipation through a built-in fan, without the need for an external water source, making it suitable for situations where water supply is inconvenient in some places.
