Longhua Smart Cloud - Global Cloud Control Operating System for Die Casting Machines

Longhua Smart Cloud + Internet + IoT die casting machine program can globally control every process of die casting machines in production, automatically detect and troubleshoot, programmable pressure and speed control, and enhance data analysis, etc. This smart cloud system is equipped with a full set of Japanese (OMRON MITSUBISHI UBE) German (SIEMENS) American (Visi Trak) injection control systems (including: Japanese YUKEN valves, German REXROTH valves, power supplies, controllers, sensors, magnetic strips, etc.) Compared with other domestic brands, it is more professional and the system is more stable, which can ensure the real-time control of the system.

 

The injection control system is a real-time, dynamically adjustable control system that can be modified according to the die casting machine or specifically used for new machines to improve the performance of the injection end.

 

Dynamic and real-time injection control is designed to provide injection control, injection programmability and repeatability, and production flexibility. Benefits of this system include: faster and more accurate die casting machine setup; smoother metal (liquid) flow throughout the shot; and higher quality production with longer processing time and less scrap.

 

The shot control system consists of 3 main components:

 

Visi-Trak Position/Velocity Sensor

 

It is critical for a closed loop shot control system to accurately know the position and velocity of the piston throughout the shot. The greater the accuracy, the better the shot can be "controlled". The Visi-Trak sensor provides accurate, real-time position and velocity feedback.

 

S-T Computer-Based Fully Digital Motion Controller

 

The microcomputer compares the feedback position/time values to the programmed values to determine the error (the proportional difference between the commanded position/time and the feedback position/time).

 

Speed Control Valve

 

The energy-saving pilot speed control valve controls the speed by continuously adjusting the flow in the side groove of the shot cylinder discharge oil. The valve (especially the speed control valve designed for this application) includes: i) a two-stage jet tube electrohydraulic energy-saving valve; ii) a two-way balanced spool-type proportional flow control valve;

 

iii) a linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) to provide speed valve spool position feedback to the motion controller.

 

OMRON MITSUBISHI UBE SIEMENS dedicated position sensor is used, and the sensor is non-contact to minimize mechanical contact. This extends the service life of the sensor, improves tolerance to dust/oil, and reduces or completely eliminates mechanical rebound that distorts the position/speed results.
