Long process time, large distortion after quenching; while gear induction hardening, especially synchronous dual-frequency (SDF) gear quenching, has short process time and small distortion, which improves the precision of aluminum die casting and reduces noise.

Induction quenching saves material costs; induction heating is local heating and quenching, which takes a short time and therefore greatly saves energy. Induction quenching can realize automated online production, which saves labor, has no oil pollution, no harmful gas emissions, so as to protect the environment.


5. Replace deep carburizing

Deep carburizing is a process with long cycle and high power consumption. In recent years, foreign countries have successfully used induction hardening to replace deep carburization, and achieved good results.
