Safety operation rules for die-casting mechanics


1. Production preparation

1. The die-casters must wear labor protection articles (clothes, trousers, shoes, hats, glasses, etc.) when entering the production position.

2. Check whether water, electricity, gas, and wind meet production specifications. Check the lubricating points of the equipment and inject lubricating grease as required.

 3. Make other preparations before production: (tooling, craftsmanship, second-class tools, etc.). Only after all production preparations are confirmed to be complete, safe and reliable, can the equipment be started.

2. no-load start

1. Turn on the start switch and wait for the motor and oil pump to run for 1~3 minutes before carrying out no-load test runs of various functions.

2. Manually operate the no-load test machine, check the electrical control cabinet, and indicate whether each program indication signal is in accordance with the program. When the cold chamber machine is compressed by air, it must be padded with cotton yarn. The hot chamber machine must remove the punch when it is compressed by air.

 3. Turn on the manual switch, no load test machine (open and close mold, core pulling, ejection, spraying, etc.).

3. Production operation

1. Adjust various parameters according to the process. Injection force, mold opening and closing time, solidification time, spraying time (times), ejection times, cycle time, electronic scale, etc. And adjust the temperature parameters (nozzle, gooseneck, charge) accordingly.

2. Preheat mold and scoop, preheat cold chamber die casting machine injection cylinder. It is forbidden to put cold charge ingots and charge with water back into the crucible.

 3. After removing factors such as parting surfaces and nozzles that hurt others' safety, manual operation is carried out, single-piece trial production; and self-inspection of products.

 4. Confirm that the product complies with the drawings and the equipment complies with the process regulations, and single-cycle production can be carried out. The safety protection door should be closed during production. It is strictly forbidden to stand at the parting surface.

 5. Fully automatic production. Only after the products approved by the "three inspections" are qualified can they be fully automated.

 6. If a fault is found in production, it should be immediately shut down for inspection and eliminated, and fill in the fault ticket. After the fault is removed, the production can be started. If there is a failure in production, the principle of "three not let go" should be strictly implemented, and production records and accident report forms should be filled out.

4. End of production

1. Downtime. Check water, electricity, gas, and wind, and ensure that the water flows smoothly through the cooling equipment. The water can only be stopped when the temperature of the equipment is less than 50°C.

2. Cleaning equipment is hygienic, pay attention to anti-corrosion and anti-rust when adding grease at each lubrication point.
