China's first self-developed die casting robot was successfully trial-produced in Longhua, Bengbu  

On May 30, 2022, Bengbu Longhua Die Casting Machine Co., LTD. * Hefei Institute of Material Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences * Bengbu College * Anhui Peitian Robot Group Co., LTD., two science and technology manufacturing r&d enterprises and two big institutes, actively respond to the great call of encouraging "cooperation between institutes, industries, universities and research institutes".  The first "die casting robot" jointly developed and manufactured by many parties in China has been successfully debugged in Longhua die casting Machine production base in Bengbu.  

The die-casting robot has completely independent product intellectual property rights, the degree of localization reaches 99%, and the cost performance is the world's first.  In r&d and production, it has successively won 874 patents (including 543 invention patents and 54 PCTpatents) and 74 computer software Copyrights.  The successful research and development of this product has fundamentally changed the world's understanding of die casting robots. After entering the market, it will completely shake the monopoly position of four foreign robot families (Fanuc, Yaskawa, Kuka and ABB) on the global die casting robot market.  The birth of this product can not only reduce the production and procurement costs of domestic and foreign die-casting robot manufacturers (die-casting machine manufacturers and die-casting manufacturers), but also improve the competitiveness of national brands in the international market.
