Clamping mechanism:

Function: it mainly realizes the action of closing the mold, locking the mold and ejecting the product

1, composition

(1) Three plates: moving seat plate, finalize the seat plate, tail plate

(4) Lubrication system: bent elbow lubrication pump, oil drain, oil pipe, shunt

2. Work characteristics

(1) Bending elbow mechanism

A, the effect of increasing force through the bending elbow connecting rod system, can magnify the thrust of the clamping hydraulic cylinder 16~26 times, to reduce the fuel consumption, reduce the diameter of the clamping hydraulic cylinder, reduce the power of the pump, to achieve the same power.

B, can realize variable speed closing mold movement: in the mold process, the moving mold base plate moving speed from zero quickly to the maximum, then gradually slow down, with the bending elbow straight to terminate, closing mold speed becomes zero, and then self-locking state.

C. When the clamping die is terminated, the thrust force can be removed: when the clamping die is tight and the elbow rod is extended into a straight line, the self-locking will occur. At this point, the thrust of the clamping hydraulic cylinder can be removed. The clamping system is still in the closed state.

(2) Ejecting mechanism:

After the machine opens the mold, push rod and thimble can be pushed out through the relative movement of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. The ejecting force, ejecting speed and ejecting time can be adjusted by the hydraulic system, and the double hydraulic cylinder can be used to make the push rod force uniform, gentle movement, and the ejecting pinhole distribution more reasonable.

(3) Mold adjusting mechanism:

By adjusting the mold motor to drive the gear assembly, the tail plate and the moving template of the mold locking column frame move along the pull rod in the axial direction, so as to expand or reduce the distance between the dynamic finalize the seat plate, see the specification for parameters.

(4) Lubrication system:

To reduce motion wear, proper lubricating oil must be maintained on the motion surface. And to achieve timing and quantitative lubrication, at the same time, the use of lubrication pump, automatic lubrication.

(5) Injection mechanism

Composition: injection hydraulic cylinder assembly, feeding barrel, hammer assembly, fast injection accumulator assembly, pressurized accumulator assembly.

(6) Hydraulic transmission system

Function: through the hydraulic components (power components, executive components, control components, auxiliary components, working media) and loop transmission power, so as to achieve a variety of actions.

Execution element -- hydraulic cylinder/hydraulic motor, respectively to achieve linear and rotary motion

Control components - control valves (direction, pressure, flow valve, etc.), control and adjust the flow direction, pressure and flow of oil in the hydraulic system, to meet the requirements of the movement of executive components.

Auxiliary components - oil tank, filter, accumulator, heat exchanger, pressure gauge, pipe fitting, sealing device, etc.

Oil tank, hydraulic pump, opening hydraulic cylinder, ejection hydraulic cylinder, injection hydraulic cylinder, adjusting hydraulic motor, hydraulic control components, hydraulic accumulator, filter, etc.

Hydraulic accumulator

(4) filter

(5) the fuel tank

(7) Safety protection

(4) Protective composition of the mold closing area, safety door before and after the function, moving mold seat plate cover, tail plate cover, elbow back cover, elbow front cover plate. Prevent accidental injury when bending elbow or template thimble.

⑥ Emergency stop safety protection: set the emergency stop switch, and set the display and alarm

(8) Electrical control

Composition: motor, PLC control system, various electrical components, electrical circuit

Function: to provide power for the machine, and ensure that the machine according to the predetermined pressure, speed, temperature and time to work.
