The operating guide of the die-casting machine includes the following steps and precautions:

(i) Production preparation:

Die-casting workers must wear labor protection equipment (clothes, pants, shoes, hats, glasses, etc.) when entering the production position.

Check whether the water, electricity, gas, and air meet the production specifications, check the lubrication points of the equipment, and inject lubricating grease according to regulations.

Make other pre-production preparations (tooling, process, second-class tools, etc.). When all production preparations are confirmed to be complete, safe and reliable, the equipment can be started.

(ii) No-load start:

Turn on the start switch, wait for the motor and oil pump to run for 1-3 minutes, and then perform no-load tests on various functions.

Manually operate the no-load test machine, check the electric control cabinet, and check whether the program indication signals are carried out according to the program. When the cold chamber machine is air-pressed, cotton yarn must be padded; when the hot chamber machine is air-pressed, the punch must be removed.

Turn on the manual switch and test the machine without load (opening and closing the mold, core pulling, ejection, spraying, etc.)

(III) Production operation:

Adjust various parameters according to the process, such as injection force, mold opening and closing time, solidification time, spraying time (number of times), ejection times, cycle time, electronic scale, etc., and adjust the temperature parameters (nozzle, goose neck, furnace charge) accordingly.

Preheat the mold and scoop, and preheat the injection cylinder of the cold chamber die-casting machine. It is forbidden to put cold ingots and return charges with water into the crucible.

Manually operate a single-piece trial production, and self-check the product. After confirming that the product meets the drawings and the equipment meets the process regulations, single-cycle production can be carried out. The safety protection door should be closed during production, and it is strictly forbidden to stand at the parting surface.


(IV) Fully automatic production:

Fully automatic mass production can only be carried out after the product is approved by the "three inspections".

If a fault is found during production, the machine should be stopped for inspection immediately, and the machine can be started for production only after the fault is eliminated. If a fault occurs during production, the "three no-pass" principle should be strictly implemented, and production records and accident reports should be filled in.

(V) End of production:

Stop the machine and check water, electricity, gas and air to ensure smooth water flow to cool the equipment. Water can be stopped only when the equipment temperature is <50℃.

Clean the equipment, add grease to each lubrication point, and pay attention to corrosion and rust prevention.
