Bengbu Longhua Die Casting Machine Co., Ltd. is delighted to announce that the main structure of our new manufacturing factory has been successfully topped out. This marks a key milestone in our company expansion and smart manufacturing upgrade.
Founded in 1950, Longhua started professional die casting machine manufacturing in 1982. As a national high-tech enterprise, we specialize in R&D and production of die casting machines, automated die casting cells, robots, custom die casting moulds and auxiliary equipment. Our machines serve industries including new energy vehicles, aerospace, railway, construction machinery and electronic hardware for aluminum, magnesium and zinc alloy castings. With CE certified products and strong independent R&D capability, our die casting solutions have been exported to more than 50 countries and regions worldwide.
Once fully operational, the new factory will greatly expand our production capacity. Equipped with intelligent assembly lines and dedicated testing & storage zones, it will boost the manufacturing capacity of high-speed & high-precision AI die casting machines and robotic systems. Larger production space helps shorten lead time, strengthen prototype testing, improve product consistency, and support more large-scale and customized equipment orders for global buyers.
