China's manufacturing industry is undergoing changes and upgrades. A striking phenomenon is the emergence of a large number of "lighthouse factories". "Lighthouse factories" represent the highest level of intelligent manufacturing and digitalization in the global manufacturing industry and are also known as "the most advanced factories in the world."
At the digital intelligence center of the world's first "lighthouse factory" in Jiangsu's special steel industry, the reporter saw a large screen displaying all the operating data of the entire factory in real time, from the unloading and transportation of raw materials to blast furnace smelting and rolling finished products, real-time analysis and command of production, and coordination efficiency increased by 90%. More than 200 intelligent applications, as well as more than 100 sets of intelligent equipment such as detection robots and 5G unmanned vehicles, have given each link more "clairvoyance" and "super hearing", making production smoother.

The World Economic Forum has released the latest list of "Lighthouse Factories". Among the 21 newly added manufacturing "Lighthouse Factories", 11 are located in China, covering multiple industries such as new energy, home appliances, and steel. Currently, there are 62 "Lighthouse Factories" in China out of the 153 "Lighthouse Factories" in the world, making it the country with the most "Lighthouse Factories" in the world.
