On December 16, 2024, the 39th anniversary celebration of the Hong Kong Foundry Industry Association and the inauguration ceremony of the 21st Council members were held in the Baile Jinyan International Banquet Hall in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. This grand event not only witnessed the official inauguration of the new council members of the Hong Kong Foundry Industry Association, but also demonstrated the unity and vigorous vitality of the Hong Kong foundry industry.

With the solemn national anthem, the ceremony officially kicked off. Ms. Liang Shiya, President of the Hong Kong Foundry Industry Association, delivered a passionate speech. She first expressed her warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the guests present, and was particularly grateful for everyone's trust and support, allowing her to be re-elected as the President of the Hong Kong Foundry Industry Association. President Liang Shiya reviewed the challenges and opportunities faced by the industry in the past two years, and expressed her gratitude for the support of member companies, friendly chambers of commerce and industry colleagues, as well as the hard work of the General Association team. It is these efforts that have enabled the Hong Kong foundry industry to move forward steadily.

Brother associations/societies from many provinces and cities across the country and well-known industry media also came to watch and congratulate. China Foundry Association, Foundry Branch of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, Gongxiang Group, Guangdong Foundry Industry Association, Jiangsu Foundry Society, Jiangsu Foundry Association, Guangxi Mechanical Engineering Society Foundry Branch, Jiangxi Foundry Association, Shaanxi Mechanical Engineering Society Foundry Branch, Shanghai Die Casting Technology Association, Die Casting Weekly Media and other organizations presented gifts and accepted return gifts.
