The LH-AL-800kg automatic preheating feeding machine is used for preheating aluminum alloy ingots and automatically conveying preheated aluminum alloy ingots to the furnace. The preheating machine adopts a hydraulic cylinder to drive the screw rod to lift upwards. After detecting the position sensing of the metal liquid, the aluminum alloy ingot is sent to the preheating area for preheating by the ingot pushing cylinder. The preheated aluminum alloy ingot is sent to the ingot feeding mechanism by the pushing cylinder, and is slowly and gently fed into the crucible by the gripper vertically, ensuring that there is no impact on the graphite crucible. This preheating has high preheating efficiency, long service life of heating elements, small footprint, and can accommodate at least 80 aluminum alloy ingots at once according to the model size.
