Product description: Punch lubrication particles. The particle sizes of the product are divided into Φ1.0-1.5mm
and Φ1.5-2.0mm. They melt at the top of the injection chamber and the injection head, and form a lubricating
film in the injection chamber through the capillary effect. . Ease of use eliminates the need for drop-pump
spray systems used with traditional oil- or water-based products.

Instructions for use
Use a particle transmitter to add particles into the pouring chamber. The amount used depends on the weight
of the casting and must be tried through experience.

60mm 1-3g; 80mm 3-5g; 100mm 5-7g; 140mm 7-10g; >150mm 15-20g
